‘Avatar 2’ Release Date, News & Update: Ben Affleck Joins Sam Worthington & Zoe Saldana?

Millions of fans are now excited for the upcoming premiere of the upcoming “Avatar 2” movie. Now, new reports are claiming that “Suicide Squad” actor Ben Affleck is going to join Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana as lead stars in the upcoming sequel film.

Rumors are rife that Ben Affleck and Zoe Saldana were spotted together lately. This then sparked reports that the husband of Jennifer Garner could possibly join the “Star Trek Beyond” actress and Sam Worthington in the “Avatar 2” movie.

According to reports, Ben Affleck could possibly play as new love interest of Zoe Saldana’s character in “Avatar 2” movie. In other words, the husband of Jennifer Garner could possibly become the newest nemesis of Sam Worthington’s character in the upcoming film.

Other reports claim that Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana and Ben Affleck’s characters are going to work together to fight off Stephen Lang and Sigourney Weaver, who are said to be playing as villains in “Avatar 2” movie.  There were even speculations saying that Colonel Miles Quaritch will be the focus in the upcoming sequels.

Though these reports could possibly be true, Ben Affleck has not released any official word until now. Neither Sam Worthington nor Zoe Saldana has confirmed anything as of yet.

Meanwhile, GamenGuide has previously reported that “Avatar 2” movie is confirmed to be delayed again. Reports have it that James Cameron is planning to add more elements in the upcoming sequel film and it will really take time before it can be completed.

“I’m going to push. Not only for better tools, workflow, high dynamic range and high frame rates- the things we are working toward” James Cameron has said about the forthcoming “Avatar 2” film. “I’m still very bullish on 3D, but we need brighter projection, and ultimately I think it can happen – with no glasses. We’ll get there.” “Avatar 2” is expected to premiere in 2018.
